Sunrise Assessing Services is a company located in South-Central Michigan, well-versed in State of Michigan Assessing and Equalization Administration practices. We are available to work with governmental units (counties, cities or townships) to assist with or provide Assessment and Equalization Services and/or Administration. By way of introduction, Sunrise is owned and operated by Ruth Scott, Michigan Master Assessing Officer (MMAO) and Jessica Casler, Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer (MAAO). Both ladies having 20 plus years of Assessment/Equalization Administration experience to provide all levels of needed services. We have built a reputation for honesty, integrity, consistency and uniformity in assessment practices and procedures.
