Who is Sunrise Assessing Services?
Sunrise Assessing Services is a company located in South-Central Michigan, well-versed in State of Michigan Assessing and Equalization Administration practices. We are available to work with governmental units (counties, cities or townships) to assist with or provide Assessment and Equalization Services and/or Administration. Sunrise Assessing Services strives to offer the best quality assessing administration at a competitive price point.
By way of introduction, Sunrise is owned and operated by R. Scott, Michigan Master Assessing Officer (MMAO) and J. Casler, Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer (MAAO). Both having 20 plus years of Assessment/Equalization Administration experience to provide all levels of needed services. We have built a reputation for honesty, integrity, consistency and uniformity in assessment practices and procedures.
Sunrise Assessing Services is built on the principle of utilizing cutting edge technology to the fullest extent possible to maximize productivity in Assessment Administration while still providing the local unit support necessary to create a smooth, reliable, respectful working relationship with our friends and colleagues at the units we serve.
